Shipping is set at a flat rate for your convenience. Once your order is submitted, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be processed and shipped. A shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking number, will be sent as soon as it ships.
Our products are currently shipped from Anna, Texas and we use a variety of shipping options.
Prior to submitting your order, please confirm your shipping information is correct. We cannot guarantee any updates on incorrect addresses once your order has been placed. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages due to inaccuracies.
If a package does not arrive, is damaged, or is lost in transit, please notify us within 15 days of shipping so we can assist you to the best of our ability.
We are located in the northern suburbs of Dallas, Texas and offer local pick-up as an option for our customers who live in the surrounding area. If you choose this option at checkout, immediately after your order submission please email email@example.com to make arrangements.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final and price adjustments cannot be offered on previous purchases.
If an item arrives damaged, we’ll happily replace it for you. In order to be eligible for an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a product exchange, we ask for photo proof of the damaged items.
We do our best to ensure accurate color representation, but we cannot ensure that the colors on the website are exactly true to life because this depends on the calibration of your computer/monitor.
We pray over every package sold and prior to shipping we check each order to ensure all items are of excellent quality at the time of shipment.
Sale items cannot be exchanged for any reason.
